You’re probably thinking that I’m exaggerating in my title, but I would have to disagree. I made the best roast I’ve ever tasted. Even my husband, the finicky carnivore, agreed. You’ll be thanking me after you make this roast.
3 lb. chuck roast
1 packet of au jus mix
1 packet of Ranch mix
6 banana peppers
Just simply place the roast in a crockpot, sprinkle the goodness of the au jus mix, and the Ranch mix all over the roast, and place the banana peppers on top. Then, just pour about one cup of water in the bottom of the crockpot, set the timer for about 7-8 hours on low, and let the magic happen.
The roast will be so tender and moist and flavorful and delicious. I could go on and on, but I’ll save you the rambling. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies of your choice and enjoy a wonderful, comforting meal!
